Shipping & delivery
Orders placed before 2pm are dispatched the same working day, otherwise the next. Every parcel is tracked and wrapped in tissue, ready to gift.
United Kingdom: 2–4 working days. Europe: 5–8 working days. Shipping is calculated at checkout before you pay.
Returns & exchanges
Changed your mind? You have 14 days from delivery to send it back, unworn and in its original packaging, for a full refund or an exchange.
For hygiene reasons, opened self-care items can only be returned if they are faulty. Message us and we will sort it out with you.
