Questions after ordering
I haven't received my confirmation email
Give it ten minutes, then check your spam and promotions folders — that is where it usually is. Still nothing? Write to us with the name and email you ordered with and we will resend it straight away.
Can I change my address or add an item?
Before it ships, yes — just reply to your confirmation email as soon as you can and we will update it. Once the parcel is with the courier the address is locked, so a new item becomes a second order.
When does my tracking start working?
Your tracking link is created when we print the label, but it can sit quiet for up to 24 hours until the courier scans the parcel for the first time. That gap is normal and does not mean anything is wrong.
What if it isn't right for me?
You have 14 days from delivery to send it back, unworn and in its original packaging, for a refund or an exchange. For hygiene reasons, opened self-care items can only be returned if they are faulty.
